Tinamarie Guaglianone
Owner + Visionary, Madison Ave Strength Lab
With over two decades in the fitness industry, Tina Guaglianone has witnessed—and personally experienced, the transformative power of strength and community. For Tina, the gym has always been more than a place to train; it was once a sanctuary that helped her overcome challenges and step into the strong, confident, and driven woman she is today.
Now, as the founder of Madison Ave Strength Lab, Tina’s mission is clear: to build a luxury training environment where excellence meets purpose. She leads a team of elite coaches who share her vision of making a lasting impact, empowering clients to achieve not just physical strength, but also confidence, clarity, and resilience in every area of life.
Beyond her role as an entrepreneur, Tina is also a proud mom and wife. Together with her husband and business partner Mario, she has spent more than 25 years building and managing world-class fitness facilities, including the successful launch of a wellness company- The Salus Group in 2005 that continues to serve prestigious private golf and country clubs.
At Madison Ave Strength Lab, Tina blends her personal passion with professional expertise to create more than a gym, it’s a home. Every detail is designed so members feel inspired, supported, and motivated to become the absolute best version of themselves.

JOANNE ZABATTA
STRENGTH COACH FOR WOMEN
Joanne Zabatta is a strength coach certified through Precision Nutrition (PN1), Pain-Free Performance (PPSC), and the Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC) program. At Madison Ave Strength Lab, she leads Strength In Numbers — a group of women who train together three times a week with one focus: getting physically strong. No trends, no quick fixes. Structured strength work, done consistently, and the results that follow.
Joanne rejects the idea that women have to lift to failure to see change. She builds strength methodically, meets each woman where she is, and shows her what her body is capable of. What she values most is watching clients grow consistent, and seeing the confidence that being strong carries into the rest of their lives.
“I love watching clients build consistency, and seeing how being strong positively influences their lives.”
