THE TEAM

Our Team.

Your Dream.

Tina Guaglianone

Owner

Meet Tina Guaglianone, the proud owner of our luxury gym. With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, she's seen firsthand the transformative power that a gym can have on one's life. Being in a gym holds a special place in her heart, as it was a haven for her during a challenging time in her life when she struggled with an eating disorder. The gym not only helped her overcome those obstacles, but also shaped her into the strong and driven woman she is today.

Now, as the owner of Madison Ave Strength Lab, her ultimate goal is to inspire and guide trainers who share the same dream of making a positive impact on people's lives. She believes that fitness is not just about physical strength, but also about finding one's true passion and purpose through a healthier lifestyle.

Beyond her passion for fitness, she's also a proud mom who cherishes taking care of those she loves. Married to her best friend and business partner Mario, together they successfully created a wellness company in 2005 that serves local private golf and country clubs.

By bringing the same level of care and dedication to our gym, she hopes to create a second home for all our members, where they feel valued, empowered, and inspired to become the best versions of themselves.
